Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the process of implementation of the establishment of a fictitious limited liability company. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part presents the theoretical basis of the thesis, which clarifies the conditions for doing business in the Czech Republic. It also explains the basic concepts related to business, legal forms of business in the Czech Republic, business plan and all the theoretical knowledge that is needed to be able to implement the establishment and formation of a limited liability company. The second part is focused on the actual implementation of the establishment of a fictitious limited liability company. All the steps of founding this company are arranged in this section so that the individual actions follow each other. Part of the practical part is also the compilation of a business plan for the established company as a condition for starting a business.
