Abstract
The thesis deals with projects risk analysis and is a theoretical nature. The aim is to characterize the current approach of companies to projects risk management system. Next to describe the most used methods for risk analysis and actual level of risk analysis in the Czech Republic.
In the last part of thesis is evaluation, whether the risk analysis is really beneficial for companies and what are the strengths and weaknesses of risk analysis.
