Aleš Bernatík The diploma thesis deals with the risk assessment in the workplace with the disabled. The aim of the thesis is to identify risks in this workplace and a proposition of an effective management system leading to risk reduction The theoretical part provides a broad introduction to the issue of disability, occupational safety and health including risk management and it´s connection. The practical part contains a description of a current state of the workplace, risk assessment and the measures are proposed.
