Analýza personálních činností ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of the personal activities of the selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of personnel work, human resource management objectives and selected personnel activities. The practical part of the thesis is aimed at analyzing the activities of the personnel department of the company NC Line. For the evaluation of levels of human resources management was used a questionnaire which was filled in by the staff. Based on the analysis of personnel activities was carried out the SWOT analysis of the personnel unit and also was suggested a proposal and a recommendation.
