Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to develop a residential building project - construction of solutions, building thermal technology, heating, daylighting and insolation of buildings. The apartment building's basement, has three floors and a flat single-roof. The apartment building has ten apartments for 36 people. In the heating system is developed project air heating. The heat source is a heat pump air-water. DHW is installed 20 solar collectors. In the building thermal technology requirements are set for construction. It calculated the energy performance of the building and comprising Energy Performance Certificate. The last part is verified that all habitable rooms meet the requirements for daylighting and insolation of buildings.
