Regenerace panelového sídliště v části ulic Cholevova, U Lesa a Františka Lýska v Ostravě - Hrabůvce

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to form a regeneration of a panel housing unit located in Ostrava - Hrabůvka. Projected alternations, based on a current state of the settlement unit, offer urbanistic and architectural transformations. The main aim is to substitute and complete existing area for new, trendy surfaces, allocations and to support a build-up area. Another proposed ideas deal with traffic and technical infrastructure, grassed areas, recreation zones and mobiliari. Presented drafts are based on actual legislation and respect valid norms – Act no.494/2000 Sb. , Act no. 499/2006 Sb.
