Úprava křižovatky silnice II/464 a III/4643 v Opavě

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focusesd on variant solutions for the reconstruction of an intersection on roads II/464 and III/4643 in Opava, Czech republic. The reason for the reconstruction is the inconvenient connection of the minor road to the major road. Attention is also paid to cyclists and a service road connecting to road II/464. The thesis addresses traf��ic accident rates, con��lict situations, traf��ic surveys, traf��ic volume calculations, traf��ic volume forecasts, capacity calculations for the existing intersection, and capacity calculations for the future state. The main objective of the thesis is to propose four reconstruction variants and evaluate them using multi-criteria analysis. The variants are elaborated in greater detail in the design documentation.
