Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the practical use of the Rohde & Schwarz FSV3000 spectrum analyzer wich is focused on measuring 5G NR technology parameters in an educational context. The main goal is to present a comprehensive guide for the correct setup and effective use of this device with regard to the specifics of 5G NR. The work details the key functions and capabilities of the spectrum analyzer, including measurement functions that are crucial for understanding and optimizing the properties of 5G networks. The practical part concentrates on implementing measurements in a campus 5G network, analyzing the acquired data and interpreting the results. Special attention is given to the method of generating and capturing traffic in the network, which allows for a detailed analysis of signals and provides valuable information for teaching and research in telecommunications. The thesis makes a significant contribution to educational processes involving 5G technology and opens new possibilities for teaching and practical applications of 5G technologies.
