Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create calculations in the custom manufacturing of a specific company and the proposals for measures for small-lot orders. The company is engaged in the manufacture of shoes and all production carried out only on order. The thesis contains theoretical background, mainly from area of calculations, resulting from the specialized literature. In the following practical part, are written, on concrete example all the steps of creating calculation. In the last part is analysis procedure of calculation in individual workshops, and possible proposals how to minimize losses of small-lot production.
