Kontinuální monitoring krevní glykémie se zaměřením na význam HbA1c

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize possibilities of treatment of diabetes mellitus using continual blood glucose monitoring (CGM). The thesis deals with classification, diagnostics, treatment, and with prospects for diabetes compensation. Furthermore, the thesis presents the overview of technical facilitation for insulin application, continual blood glucose monitoring and possibilities of self monitoring. The practical part is devoted to the development of methodology and software for glycaemia data analysis and to statistical evaluation of the CGM data as well as the laboratory readings of glycaeted haemoglobin (HbA1c).
