Ocenění sportovního klubu

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám procesem oceňování fotbalového klubu. Cílem práce je stanovení hodnoty fotbalového klubu FC Zbrojovka Brno. K naplnění cíle byla použita majetková metoda substanční hodnoty. K určení charakteristiky klubu a jeho okolí byla provedena strategická analýza. Určení celkové hodnoty klubu bylo dosaženo oceněním dlouhodobého majetku, oběžných aktiv, cizích zdrojů a klíčovým faktorem bylo ocenění všech hráčů klubu. V závěru jsou uvedeny výsledky a hodnocení výzkumu.

In this thesis, I explore the process of valuation of the football club. The aim of the work is the determination of the value of the football club FC Zbrojovka Brno. The objective of the method has been used property values. To determine the characteristics of the Club and its surroundings was carried out strategic analysis. Determination of the total value of the Club reached a valuation of fixed assets, current assets, foreign sources, and the key factor was the appreciation of all the players of the Club. There are results of research and evaluation at the conclusion.
