Čerpání dotačních prostředků se zaměřením na infrastrukturní projekty

Abstract

The goal of diploma thesis is to evaluate the theoretical possibility of subsidies at both national and EU level, and also the assessment of complicated progress of implementation of selected water infrastructure project and identify areas or activities, which had the longest delay of schedule. Diploma thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on general issues of interpretation of the provision of subsidies, both at national level and in terms of the EU. In the practical part is the most important the introduction of selected water infrastructure project called „The sewerage of selected cities and municipalities in the region of Novojičínsko”. In this part, there is also described the process of submitting a project application in Bene-fill form and comparison of different activities with the initial schedule, which shows that the project was completed more than two years later than anticipated date of completion of the project. The reasons for these delays were administrative demands fulfillment of all conditions, numerous changes during project implementation or also the climatic conditions. In diploma thesis there are also discussed issues related to the lack of subsidies in the previous programming period 2007 + and draw up proposals and recommendations to improve utilization in the coming years.
