Návrh a implementace internetových stránek s chatbotem pro studentský webový portál Sokolská33

Abstract

The author's main goal of this project is to exhibit both the projection and implementation of web presentations with the help of Chatbot which was developed for the student organization Sokolska33. The chatbot was designed primarily to be used as a communication channel to promote the accredited study programs on offer at the Faculty of Economics VSB – Technical University of Ostrava. In addition to this, Chatbot also incorporates a database to provide information for freshmen students about opening hours, student life and the locations of landmarks within the university. The chatbot was developed and implemented within the IBM Watson Assistant platform.
