Ověření chodu pokusného spékacího zařízení pro přípravu aglomerátu

Abstract

The aim of thesis is to verify experimental sinter pot device, which is used to simulate agglomerate manufacturing processes. Iron and agglomerate manufacturing processes in Czech Republic are compared in introduction since 2014 until now. Next is explained manufactory of agglomerate including knowledge of world literature. The experimental section describes the contruction of sintering equipment, including custom workflow and defines the conditions under which testing was carried out. Verification of the operation and recommendations for streamlining the process of sintering at the testing facility are summarized in the conclusion.
