Zásadní změny v nové právní úpravě společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

Starting on January 1, 2014 the new Act no. 89/2012 Coll. the Civil Code and the Act no. 90/2012 Coll. on Commercial Companies and Cooperatives (Business Corporations Act) entered into effect in the Czech Republic. Both are part of the recodification of civil laws. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the current legislation of the limited liability companies compared with the legislation valid till December 31, 2013. The bachelor thesis is not dedicated to an in-depth legal analysis of the major changes of the legislation, but focuses on definition of the essential parts of the new amended regulations and changes, that influenced the operation of entrepreneurs and business corporations, namely limited liability companies as of January 1, 2014.
