Extrakce retinálního cévního systému na základě Gaborovy transformace

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is created algorithm in MATLAB for segmentation of blood vessels based on Gabor Transformation and follow-up mass testing all available datasets with this procedure. Created algorithm for segmentation of blood vessels was tested not only on anonymous dataset by Ophtalmologic clinic in Ostrava (FNO) but also on freely accessible outputs by database DRIVE and STARE. Already created algorithm for measuring tortuosity of vessels was tested on outputs by RetCam3 in the last part. Algorithm for evaluation tortuosity was tested just on photos from University Hospital Ostrava (FNO), because these children’s patients have Retinopathy of Prematurity.
