Zneužívání informací ve finančně-poradenské činnosti

Abstract

Práce se zabývá zneužíváním informací v oblasti finančně-poradenské činnosti. Zachycuje jejich postih dle zákona a popisuje jednotlivé způsoby zamezení tohoto zneužívání. Objasňuje základní charakteristiku finančního trhu a jeho členění. V práci jsou představeny i finanční instituce, jejich vzájemné vztahy a působení, taktéž jejich rozdělení, přičemž dále navazuje na finančně-poradenskou činnost v praxi – základní popis náležitostí tohoto oboru, porovnává a seznamuje s největšími finančně-poradenskými společnostmi na českém finančním trhu.

This thesis deals with the abuse of information in the financial-consultancy services. It shows their punishment according to law and describes ways to prevent this abuse. It explains the basic characteristics of the financial market and its structure. In the thesis are presented financial institution and their mutual relations and influence also their distribution and continues with the financial-advisory services in practice - basic description requirements of this discipline and introduces the structure of financial-consulting firms in the Czech financial market.
