Posouzení rizik na skládkách komunálního odpadu

Abstract

This diploma work is devoted to risks that are connected with the operation of storages of communal waste, extraordinary events that can happen on these storages and their influence on individual parts of environment. The basic legislative standards concerning by operation of storages of communal waste, separating of storages from different criteria, the ways of disposing of storages and risks connected with them, are written here. The general subject of storage fires, especially the view of their cause, running and specificity that are characteristic for storage fires, is dealt in the work. One part of the work is devoted to getting storage fires under control, their running and recommendation for emergency firemen. The final part of this work is concerned with passing judgment on recent situation of Solecká storage in Horní Suchá from the fire point of view. The schedule of breakdowns during last years, the evaluation of temperature development and storage gas in the last five years and recommendation for securing of fire safety are mentioned here
