Komparace franšízových sítí v České republice v oblasti fastfoodů

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the comparison of franchise networks and is divided into five main parts. The first part is dedicated to the theoretical foundations of franchising, explaining the characteristics of franchising and how this business concept operates. It also describes characteristics of customer, service, and product. The theoretical foundations necessary for the proper formulation of the questionnaire are presented at the end of this section. The second part focuses on the general characteristics of franchise networks and the characteristic features of selected networks. The third part deals with the methodology used for creating the questionnaire and the practical part of this thesis. This section is divided into two parts: the preparatory part and the implementation part. The fourth part analyzes the data obtained from the questionnaire and compares the franchise networks based on various perspectives. The final fifth part presents general suggestions and recommendations for franchises, followed by specific proposals and recommendations for each of the selected fastfood chains. The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to determine and compare the standing of selected fast-food chains among customers. A secondary objective is to answer hypotheses and conduct a comparison of franchise networks from different perspectives.
