Abstract

The proposed object of civic amenities is a part of complex determined for seniors using. The solved building should discharge the function of accommodation with supplementary services. Object has a basement and 3 floors. There are the technical spaces and stoces situated. In the following floors are situated flats and others services ( as a kitchen, dinig room, offices, toilets, day rooms for employments, shop, smoking room, a.o.). Building facade is designed as a wood ventilated, which should underline relax atmosphere of accomodation surroundings. The windows is completed by glass rainling with safety and estetic function. Roofing is solved by vander roof.
