Abstract
The diploma thesis titled “Influence of Organizational Culture on Employees´ Identification with the Organization“ is based on conducted survey, its main goal is to identify current corporate culture in analyzed company and to determine, whether such corporate culture is perceived as a strong and supports the identification of employees with the organization.
The theoretical part focuses on the issue of organizational culture and the relationship of the individual to the organization and serves as theoretical framework for the survey conducted. The practical part describes the current organizational culture in the analyzed company and proposes recommendations for the development of organizational culture.
