Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the realization of a new residential building. The aim was to prepare the project documentation in the stage for the execution of the construction. The text part includes a technical report, a thermal technical assessment and a structural calculation of one element. The drawing part includes a study, structural design, architectural and constructional design and a situation drawing.
