Ochrana kritické infrastruktury v oblasti železniční dopravy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem narušení kritické infrastruktury v oblasti železniční dopravy. V úvodu práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti železniční dopravy, hlavní dopravci a přepravci na území České republiky, dále se práce zabývá pojmem kritické infrastruktury. V druhé části jsem se zaměřila na typové krizové situace, které mohou dlouhodobě narušit funkčnost kritické infrastruktury a jejich dopady. V závěru jsou rozebrány řešení vzniklé situace a možné způsoby opatření.

This thesis deals with a problem of a critical infrastructure defection in the railway transport field. In the introduction there are explained basic definitions from the field of the railway transport, main transporters effecting in the Czech republic and a definition of a critical infrastructure as well. In the second part I have focused on a typical critical situations which can in the long term affect a function of the critical infrastructure and their impacts. At the end of the thesis there are some solutions to how to solve possible situations and possible ways of precautions.
