Abstract
The master thesis is focused on the analysis of internal communication of the company in the automotive industry market. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the different tools of internal communication of the company towards employees and then to find out how to effectively communicate information in the environment of a large manufacturing plant with several thousand employees across different generations and technological capabilities. The data were obtained through a questionnaire in the employee portal and then analyzed. In the end, the author presents recommendations for effective communication in the company.
