Abstract

The work deals with the procedures for the certification of quality management systems held by Det Norske Veritas. In particular, the assessment of whether the certification procedure in accordance with the legislation in force for the Czech Republic. In a practical part describes in detail the procedure for certification of quality systems, then most often identified in non-compliance certifications with potential consequences. In conclusion, I focus on the company's practices with legislative requirements.
