Abstract

This thesis deal with the analysis of customer behaviour in the meat products shop. The aim of the thesis is to analyze customer behaviour in the meat products shop Procházka maso-uzeniny situated in the town Lipník nad Bečvou. The theoretical part defines the general concept related to consumer behaviour, decision-making process, typology of customers and the factors that influencing consumer behaviour. The practical part is based on the personal questioning. Results of the questioning determine the main shopping instead of meat and meat products, criteria of choice of meat products shop, purchase frequency of range of products, the average spending for the purchase, sources of information about cheaper goods and evaluation of factors of shopping environment. The proposed recommendations may be submitted to the regional manager who can implement these proposals to shop perform the monthly sales plan.
