Zlepšování produkce microgreens s využitím plánovaného experimentu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá průmyslovým experimentem zaměřeným na proces produkce microgreens. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsán plánovaný experiment a jeho detaily od návrhu, stanovení efektů experimentu až po jeho výstup a vyhodnocení pomocí softwaru Minitab. Samotným experiment v praxi se zabývá druhá část diplomové práce. Experiment se zabývá optimalizací produkce microgreens. Plánovaný experiment byl proveden úplným faktoriálním plánem s 5 faktory o dvou úrovních. Diplomová práce je ukončeno celkovým vyhodnocením experimentu a doporučeními do praxe.

This diploma thesis deals with an industrial experiment focused on the production process of microgreens. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, the experiment and its details are described, from the design, determination of the effects of the experiment to its output and evaluation using the Minitab software. The second part of the work is devoted to the actual experiment in practice. The experiment deals with the optimization of microgreens production. The planned experiment was conducted with a full factorial design with 5 factors with two levels. The diploma thesis ends with an overall evaluation of the experiment and recommendations for practice.
