Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is “Beginning of Small Business“.The theoretical part of the thesis contains a definition of a small and medium business, types of business, advantages and disadvantages of small medium business, procedure for the establishment of limited company. Then I characterized the structure and importance of the business plan which contains the financial plan. In the practical part I described the establishment of limited company and time schedule for the establishment of the company. In the last part I created and applied business plan for CheesyButik Ltd. and also financial plan for this company
