Abstract

This Bachelors´ thesis focuses on retraining courses and participants' satisfaction with their implementation . In the first section the terms of the labor market, employment policy and a description of the development of the courses. The next section focuses on the issue of employment in the district of Šumperk, and satisfaction with the implementation of retraining the unemployed in this distrikt.
