Abstract

This work undertakes all problems of the actual concept of sickness insurance; it outlines and evaluates all changes. The work gives factual information in numbers about the impact on one organisation including its employees – the Regional Office of The Moravian-Silesian region. The final section then covers advices and evaluations of the actual legislative including its causes and consequences.
