Zastavovací studie části obce značené Z3 podle ÚP v Dolní Lhotě

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to design solutions to urban land use, marked by the Z3 in Dolni Lhota LO. The proposal contains solutions to the site through mixed housing, solutions of technical infrastructure, transport, parking areas, public spaces. It analyzed the issue of the current state of the site based on collected documents on the territory. The documentation is processed in the territorial scope of the study. Urban design solutions area is designed in two versions. This is a complete proposal in detail, the second uses another possible arrangement of building area. Processed proposal is based on General Development Plan of the village, the village cadastral maps and plans of utilities according to documents the current state of network administrators. The theoretical part is dealt with issues of spatial planning, urbanism and typology. Following the history of settlements, urban design solutions, description of broader relations and technical infrastructure, including calculations and economic assessment of costs.
