The subject of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation of villa in Janské Koupele on a level of partial project documentation for building implementation according to the ordinance no. 405/2017 Coll., amending ordinance no. 499/2006 Coll., on building documentation as amended by ordinance no. 62/2013 Coll. All the materials and resources for the elaboration were taken from the architectural and urbanistic study created in the course of a semestral project in a subject called Atelier’s work I. As a part of the materials, a project documentation, which was elaborated in the subject Atelier’s work Va, was used as well. The villa was designed on the basis of the Janské Koupele project, which consisted of three main parts. The first part was to build a new modern, hotel, spa and rehabilitation centre, with an effective use of natural curative springs. Furthermore, the construction of a sports centre focused on a tennis academy consists of 5 tennis courts. Lastly but not leastly, 5 apartment houses and 10-12 private villas were built. The content of the bachelor thesis consists of a text part, drawing documentation and attachments.
