Integrovaný systém managementu jako součást corporate governance

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is an application of the designed methodology of procedural rules description on processes in VÍTKOVICE POWER ENGINEERING, a.s. The theoretical part summarizes theoretical knowledge of corporate governance and integrated management systems. In the practical part, surveys on the integrated management system in VÍTKOVICE Holding companies and on time utilization required for searching organizational and management standards and system documentation were conducted. On the basis of the conducted research evaluation, a more efficient access to organizational and management standards and system documentation for a given process was created for the employees.
