Abstract

The aim of the thesis ”Application of management learning organization in the energy sector“ is to introduce and explain the importance of this concept and demonstrate that the ”Learning Organization“ investing in human capital is the only sustainable source of competitive advantage. The theoretical part will define the concept of learning organization, learning organization models and introduce different approaches and assumptions on which they rely. The practical part of using questionnaires and personal interviews as research methods, taking into account the theoretical knowledge from the first part of this work will analyze the current situation and work-cultural environment in the company CEZ Measurement Ltd. A proposal of any organizational change, enabling a move towards the learning organization. The theoretical part is devoted to definitions and interpretation of the term „Learning Organization“.
