Zvýšení efektivity vodního hospodářství v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The goal of the thesis is to map the water management of the manufacturing company, to identify weaknesses in water management and to propose remedial measures that will lead to improved process quality, saving water and economic savings. The work was left with three main sites of the production plant, where the largest amount of water accumulates. It is a reverse osmosis system, where almost 90% of all supplied water flows into the production plant, the remaining 10% of the supplied water is consumed in sanitary facilities and is diverted as sewage water to a biological sewage treatment plant, which is second point with potential for remedy the process. The last key point is the possibility of using natural resources, namely rainwater for production purposes. Finally, a technical-economic evaluation of the proposed measures was carried out.
