Abstract
This thesis analyzes the purchasing behavior of consumers in the Bakery Pekařství na rozcestí. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the purchasing behavior of customers and determine their structure. Second aim is to determine their satisfaction with the rande of products and services. Marketing research was conducted through written and personal interviw with customers who visit the Bakery. Findings form the research hepled define the last suggestions and recommendations.
