Efektivnost profesního vzdělávání v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The objective of my diploma thesis is ananalysis of the professional educational and training system in ArcelorMittal, a.s. company. I amgoing to investigate, if and how has been evaluated the efectivness of these education all activities in the company recently. On the basis of these theoretical findings I amgoing to suggest possible adjusting of the culent evaluation of the efectiveness, perhapseven a new method will be proposed. The first charter koncerns is self with education and training of the staff. The second charter is focused on the effective education and training. The third charter focuseson to ArcelorMittal, a.s. company. In the fourth chapter, there is ananalysis of the internal educational and training activities with description so find ividual trainings. In the fifth chapter, there is a description of the entiresurvey process. The last charter, which concerns it self with evaluation of the efectiveness reset soft the particular trainings and the improvement proposals.
