Abstract
The subject of this thesis is to design a multifunctional building in Strakonice. The aim of this work is to develop design documents for building construction.
This thesis is a multifunctional building in Strakonice, which is designed in the western part Stakonice on a grassy vegetation. It is designed to fit into the landscape. It is a rectangular type with 3 floors. The offices are located in the first and the sekond floors and tje apartments ale located in the third floor.
