Návrh optimalizace vnitropodnikových procesů pomocí Lean metodologie

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the issue of optimization of internal processes through Lean methodology. The main aim of this thesis is: Processing of the proposal of the internal company process optimization through the Lean methodology. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the key information about Lean methodology and its practical implementation in the conditions of company. The essence of the practical part of the thesis is the processing of the optimization proposal using Lean methodology and subsequent recommendations resulting from this proposal. Part of this practical part is also definition of company internal processes using diagrams, mapping of business processes from the point of view of value flow, input evaluation of processes from perspective of Lean methodology, analysis of selected business processes and proposal of optimization measures using Lean principles and methods and evaluation of economic effects.
