Financování investiční akce v obci v oblasti školství

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with financing of investment action of Mokré Lazce municipality, reconstruction, modernization of the building of base school. Primary objective of this thesis is to describe issues of financing said investment action and to devise possible financial sources of the project. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is aimed solely at the theory of municipalities as such with a special regards to their types, fields of activity, municipal authorities and budgetary management of municipalities. Practical part is then aimed at analysis of Mokré Lazce municipality economy during years 2005 – 2009, where specific incomes and expenses are listed and analyzed. Furthermore, this part is dealing with a description of said investment project in Mokré Lazce and several financial sources are proposed here.
