Postupy aplikace elektronických nákupních nástrojů ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This thesis describes procedures for application of electronic purchasing tools in the selected organization and it is focused on purchasing optimization and subsequent delivery of chosen commodity in order to maximize the best economic outcome. Description of price optimization of purchased commodities at given time and in given market segment is an essential part and also prerequisite of successful management of requirements required by Czech Government and at the same time priority in the field of public contract assigning and public investment within the scope of the contracting authority. The aim of this thesis is to achieve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, increase of transparency and reduction of administrative complexity in the management of public funds by introducing the electronic purchasing tools in selected organization and thus facilitate assigning of public contracts.
