Vliv parametrů procesu nitridace na výslednou jakost nitridované vrstvy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem chemicko-tepelného zpracování kovových materiálů. Stručně popisuje základní rozdíly mezi jednotlivými druhy zpracování s detailním popsáním procesů nitridování. Zaměřuje se také na materiály, které jsou vhodné pro tento typ operace. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit závislost nastavených parametrů nitridačního procesu na výsledné vlastnosti nitridované vrstvy u oceli 15 142 a 19 552.

The thesis deals with the process of thermochemical treatment of metallic materials. It briefly describes the basic differences between types of processing with detailed description of nitriding processes. It also focuses on materials that are appropriate for these types of processes. The main goal of the thesis is determine the dependence of the nitriding process parameters on the resulting properties of the nitrided layer of steel 15 142 and 19 552.
