Abstract

The thesis focuses on assessing the crisis vulnerability of a selected company and developing proposals for preventive measures. The structure of the thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part explains key concepts in the field of crisis management and presents methods for analyzing both the external and internal business environment. These analytical methods are subsequently applied in the practical part to a specific company operating in the dog bed retail sector. The results of these analyses are subsequently used for the development of crisis scenarios and the formulation of preventive measures that may be integrated into the company’s crisis management strategy.
