Geometrický plán na zameranie stavby pre vydanie kolaudačného rozhodnutia v k.ú. Oravská Lesná

Abstract

Cieľom mojej práce bolo vykonanie geodetického merania, z ktorého bol následne vyhotovený geometrický plán. Tento geometrický plán slúži na zápis do katastra nehnuteľností a taktiež aj ako podklad pre kolaudačné rozhodnutie. Meraná stavba sa nachádza v katastrálnom území Oravská Lesná a ide o rekreačnú chatu. V mojej bakalárskej práci by som sa chcel venovať katastru nehnuteľností v minulosti, ale taktiež aj tomu, aký ho poznáme dnes. Ďalšiu časť venujem geometrickému plánu. Čo všetko musí obsahovať, z akých častí sa skladá alebo aké legislatívne dokumenty usmerňujú jeho meranie a spracovanie. Je potrebné spomenúť všetky metódy využívané v geodézii pri meraní. Nasledujúce kapitoly sa budú venovať pojmom, ako sú UGKK, ZBGIS alebo SKPOS, ktoré slúžia v každodennej praxi všetkým geodetom. V poslednej časti sa budem venovať samotnému spracovaniu. V práci je analyzovaný proces od prvotného plánovania, merania, až po konečné vyhotovovanie a odovzdanie na kataster nehnuteľností.

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to carry out a geodetic survey, on the basis of which a geometric plan was subsequently prepared. This geometric plan serves for registration in the real estate cadastre and also as a basis for the occupancy permit. The surveyed structure is located in the cadastral area of Oravská Lesná and is a recreational cottage. In my bachelor’s thesis, I would like to focus on the real estate cadastre in the past as well as on how we know it today. Another part is devoted to the geometric plan – what it must contain, what parts it consists of, and which legislative documents regulate its measurement and processing. It is also necessary to mention all methods used in geodesy for surveying. Later, I would like to focus on terms such as UGKK, ZBGIS, or SKPOS, which are used in everyday practice by all surveyors. In the final part, I will deal with the processing itself. We will go through the entire process from initial planning, surveying, up to the final preparation and submission to the real estate cadastre.
