Abstract

The content of my thesis is to develop documentation for building a passive house in village Hrabství. The aim was to propose building, which will provide full comfortable living of a family of five and also will meet the most stringent specifications placed on the building in passive standard. The conception of family house is determined by the orientation to cardinal points, by the increased requirements for insolation of habitable rooms and for the use of solar gains that significantly participate to reducing heating costs. The mass of building is formed by three operationally linked parts and in the overall context it creates one complex. In the project is detailly elaborated both, the engineering part and technology built environment, according to task. The foundation for construction of this building was planning and local technical documentation, maps and additional exploration and analysis of environment. All documentation is carried out according to applicable standards and regulations.
