Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with safe driving on the public roads, possibilites of increasing road safety and risk factors biasing the accident frequency. It starts with important legal regulations followed by safety car description, driver risk factors, car and road factors. There are changes in public safety campaigns, driving lincence gaining suggested in this thesis and one addition to theoretical teaching in safety course.
