Analýza technologického procesu

Abstract

In the introduction to the bachelor's thesis summarizes the history, basics automation and basic concepts of automation and control systems. The part of the introduction is briefly outlined the aim, which in an analysis of the technological process control gas pressure to the appliance, which is the high walking beam furnace annealing and links from the process into the information system. In the second part of this thesis discusses the analysis of the technological process, which consists of gas pressure regulation, based on which regulates temperature and high walking beam furnace for faster reaching the temperature preheated air in the heat exchanger. The last part describes the structure and bond information system from the user's point of view. Parts of this thesis are the principles of capturing, storing and processing of input and output variables.
