Abstract
Thesis topic is the implementation of the elements of lean production in BONATRANS GROUP a. s. The company BONATRANS GROUP a. s. is presentated in the introductory part. The theoretical part is focused on theoretical and methodological way out of solved problematice. On the bases of the literature is specified the meaning of terms lean production, lean workplace and lean production tools. In the practical part is done the tempoval and spatial analysis using the workday shot and Spaghetti diagram. Final part of the thesis is devoted to design solutions new workplace design and assessment of the expected benefits.
