Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on financial performance evaluation of the company Katr a.s. from 2005 to 2009. It consists of four chapters. The first chapter describes
concept of performance, financial analysis, determination of economic value added. In the second part the horizontal and vertical analysis, differential and financial ratios are shown. In the third chapter are analyzed bankruptcy and bonding capacity models, economic value added, pyramid decomposition EVA and ROE. Katr company is compared with the sector statistics. On the basis of the results is summarized and evaluated the financial performance of the company.
