Abstract
This diploma thesis is focused on the consumer behaviour analysis on the Peer-to-Peer Accommodation Market. In the theoretical part the consumer behaviour and factors influencing consumer behaviour, sharing ecnomy and peer-to-peer accommodation is defined. This part also includes the characteristic of the peer-to-peer accommodation market, Airbnb company and problems associated with the peer-to-peer accommodation. The practical part is dedicated to the data collection methods and analysis of results. Data were obtained from a sample questionnaire survey. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze behaviour of peer-to-peer accommodation users of Generation Y and Z, to find out about the differences of generations and reasons for not using peer-to-peer accommodation. Based on survey results, recommendations are designed to help peer-to-peer accommodation providers, facilitators and users.
